Diagnostic Ultrasound Services and Scheduling
- During an Internal Medicine Consultation: Ultrasound can be performed as part of a scheduled Internal Medicine appointment, allowing for real-time assessment and discussion of findings.
- Outpatient Ultrasound (OPUS): Available by appointment between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for stable patients. OPUS is limited to ultrasound imaging only. Results are communicated directly to your primary care veterinarian, who will review them with you.
- Mobile Ultrasound: Available upon request for referring practices. For stable patients, OPUS is preferred over mobile ultrasound and can be promptly facilitated quickly.
